Bishop Emeritus of Portsmouth

The Right Reverend Crispian Hollis is Bishop Emeritus of Portsmouth.

Born in Bristol in November 1936, Bishop Hollis was ordained to the priesthood in July 1965.

He was ordained bishop on 27 January 1989.

Bishop Hollis was Chairman of the Committee for Overseas Mission and was a member of the Department of International Affairs.

He was Bishop of Portsmouth from 6 December 1988 to 11 July 2012.
