At a press conference in London on 24 February, Cardinal Vincent Nichols released a letter to Catholics in England and Wales on the General Election.
Representing the Bishops, Cardinal Nichols outlined the contents of the letter encouraging Catholics to engage in the process and to question candidates on the key issues prior to voting on 7 May.
The press conference took place at 12pm on 24 February 2015 at the Secretariat offices of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales in central London.
